This contract was to build the first ever Passiv Haus spec leisure centre in Europe.
Using predominantly kawneers 600 series+ curtain wall system.
All parts were tripled glazed with 65mm units with individual unit weights
ranging from 35kg to 500kg.
Glazing was only achievable using various specialist equipment and edpm had to
be of the very highest standard to reach its 0.3 required U-value.
