PVC Upstands
These PVC upstands guarantee the aperture is the correct size, enabling the roof membrane to be fitted and the factory sealed rooflight to follow seamlessly the same/following day – Roof instantly watertight!
By using the PVC upstands, this enables the rooflights to be fitted when the builder requires them and guarantees they are the correct sizes, thus avoiding lengthy delays with the roof open/temporarily sheeted, between site measure and supply- often between 3 – 4 weeks.
These are a straightforward fit for builders, not infringing any guarantees as the rooflights are factory sealed and do not require specialist fitting. Additionally, no plaster boarding required to the reveals as these upstands are factory finished in brilliant white – further savings!
